TRANSPARENT INVESTMENT

SDC Properties offers property owners a direct and transparent investment without them having to raise funds themselves. On average, our projects are implemented within 12 to 24 months from the start of the project to realisation; if a building permit has already been granted for the property, the term can be shortened. The running times are therefore manageable and calculable.

Property owners receive regular updates and reports from SDC Properties and can inspect the project during the construction phase. In this way, the progress of the project is documented in the best possible way for the property owner in every phase by SDC Properties.

Transparency is existential for SDC Properties, because only trust creates a healthy and successful partnership.

PARTNERSHIP OF EQUALS

Property owners are co-partners in the project company for the respective project. SDC Properties takes the path of direct profit sharing after deduction of all costs, thus ensuring that neither the investor nor SDC Properties is disadvantaged.

The difference to the partner model is the profit distribution/residential space allocation, which is assessed according to the location of the plot.

Through our own property developer, we are able to realise our projects in a very price-efficient way. On the one hand, SDC Properties can thus ensure the quality of the entire project, on the other hand, this increases the ROI (return on investment) for the investor.

SECURITY

With the SDC Properties land model, the land remains in the possession of the land owner until completion of the project. SDC Properties has a contractual right of development and assumes 100% of the costs of planning and development.
